Todd Alan Cutts, 54, of Windsor, VT passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.

He was born March 16, 1964 in Newport, NH the youngest son of Martha Cutts. Todd attended Hartford High School in White River Junction, VT. In 1984, Todd joined the U.S. Air Force and served until 1987. Upon returning to the Upper Valley, Todd enjoyed spending time with his brother, sister-in-law, and nieces. More recently, Todd enjoyed spending time with his close friends and working with computers.

Todd is survived by his mother, Martha (Cutts) Soper of Hant's Harbor, Newfoundland, and his two brothers, Paul Cutts of Unity, NH and Rick Cutts of Hartland, VT, and their families, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Claremont area.

There will be a private burial held for immediate family members at Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph, VT. An online guestbook is available at www.cabotfh.com for friends to express their condolences. There will be no calling hours.
