Ted Harold Saggese, 50, died Thursday evening January 3 rd at the Jack Byrnes Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Lebanon NH surrounded by his family.
Ted was born September 17, 1968 in Manila, Philippines the son of Joseph M. and Allene C. (Hillebrand) Saggese.
Ted's family lived in the Philippines, Brussels and Rome before moving back to the United States and living in both Manhassett, NY and Woodstock, VT. He received his Bachelors degree in business from St. John's University and began his career in finance and investments. In 2005 Ted moved to Vermont and worked in a satellite office in Investment Banking Sales Trading.
A talented athlete Ted enjoyed playing football, lacrosse, golf, skiing at Suicide Six, and being a great springboard diver who was known for his "highboard/lowboard/deck dive". Ted also enjoyed a great passion for horses and the closeness that activity brought to quality family time.
Ted is survived by his father Joseph M. Saggese, his two c hildren; Cailin and John, their mother and Ted's dear friend Kiera, brothers J. P. (Cheryl) Saggese, and Kenneth (Kathy) Saggese, sister Allene Kiess, and many nieces nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by hi s mother Allene C. Saggese, a brother Kevin Saggese, and a brother in law Kenny Kiess.
A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday January 6 th from 2:pm to 4:pm at the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock followed by a reception at the Woodstock Country Club from 5:pm to 7:pm
