Rosemary S. Smith, 92, died peacefully Friday morning October 18, 2019.

She was born on July 9, 1927 in the Port Washington, New York the daughter of James and Agnes (Birkel) Sammis.

Rosemary grew up and spent many years of her life in the Port Washington, NY area moving to Quechee, Vermont in 1979. Living in Quechee she had a 30 year career as a realtor for the Quechee Lake Corp. and Quechee Associates. In 2014 Rosemary moved to the Homestead in Woodstock, VT. Rosemary enjoyed knitting, reading, and a number of crafts.

Pre deceased by her parents and her husband James R. Smith, Rosemary is survived by a brother James B. Sammis, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

In accordance with Rosemary's wishes no formal services will be held.
