Robert N. Thuman, 70, a former resident of Lancaster, NY past away peacefully from natural causes at his home in Windsor on July 1, 2020.

Robert was born on October 2, 1949 in Eden, NY the son of Nelson Thuman and Jean Sovereign.

Robert graduated from Eden (NY) High School and spent most of his life as a truck driver, school bus driver and later as a diesel mechanic. Robert enjoyed camping, fishing, and the out doors.

He is survived by his siblings John Thuman and wife Kim, Cindy Kasper and husband John, Wanda Piwko and husband Geno, his children Nick Thuman and wife Katie, Darin Thuman and wife Amy, Ashley Stark and Fiance Will, and Samantha Thuman and fiance Catie, his grandchildren Shianna, Carrilynn, Ashlyn, Hailey, Emalyn, Oliver, Acacia, Zaida, and Stella, and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by both parents, his sister Darlene Labron, his daughter Carrie Canfield and his life long partner Roberta Stark.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday August 15 ^th at 2:pm at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery on Goldcoast Road in Bridgewater, VT
