Philip E. Welch, 70, died March 18, 2018 at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont.

Philip was born on October 24, 1947 in Claremont, NH the son of Homer and Katherine (Temple) Welch.

Philip worked as a plumber in northern Vermont eventually working for the UVM Medical Center. He was a member of the Model Train Club in Milton and enjoyed helping his many friends in the area.

Philip is survived by his son Philip E. "PJ" Welch, Jr. and his wife Sheryl, his sister Peggy Welch, and a brother Richard Welch.

A memorial service will be held at the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock, Vermont on Saturday May 12 ^th at 2:00pm. Burial will be held at a later date.
