Penny Davis, 57, died Friday March 6th at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
She was born July 2, 1957 in Windsor, Vermont the daughter of Webster and Helen (Chase) Davis.
Penny graduated from Woodstock Union High School in 1975. From 1985 to present Penny was a dispatcher for the Town of Woodstock. She was a Woodstock Town Constable for the past 25 years and She was a member of the Woodstock Fire Department.
Penny worked and volunteered at to many local events and for to many organizations to list them all. The many people she helped and gave assistance to will all remember Penny's unending smile and great sense of humor that shared every day of her life.
Penny was an avid Race fan, she never missed a race at the Bear Ridge Speedway and shared her enjoyment with so many family and fans. She was also an avid Yankees fan.
Penny is survived by her brother Boyd and his wife Ethel, sisters; Beverly Stevens, Lucille Barrell, and Judy Shattuck and her husband Richard, a brother Jack Stillson, 10 nieces and nephews including her special nieces Ashley and Danielle, many great nieces and nephews including special great nephew Hunter. Penny is pre deceased by her brothers Panda Stillson and Sony Davis,, her brother in law Andy Stevens, and sister in law Charlotte Stillson.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday March 14th from 2 to 5 pm at the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock. A memorial service will be held on Sunday March 15th at 2:pm at the Woodstock Union High School Gymnasium. Burial will be in the Prosper Cemetery at a late date.
