Mark Andrew Walker, age 83, passed away on January 18, 2024, at the VA Hospital in White River Junction, VT.  Mark was born in Hanover, NH, to William and Eleanor Walker of South Woodstock.  Mark graduated from Woodstock Union High School in 1960. Following graduation, he served in the Army in Vietnam.

Mark worked as a carpenter for Savelberg Construction for much of his career. He enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, building or fixing most anything, being in the woods, spending time with family and friends, and riding the back roads with his little dog.

Mark was a dedicated volunteer for 30 years with the Hartland Hill Hoppers Snowmobile Club and the Windsor County Snowmobile Club, where he groomed and maintained trails and served on the board.

Mark is survived by his two daughters, Ann Lynds and Joanne Besaw and their families, as well as four sisters and a large extended family who will all miss him greatly.

A celebration of Mark's life is being planned for the Spring.
