In Loving Memory of Manuel Michael Edward Boisvert

November 15, 1994 – September 2, 2026

Manuel Michael Edward Boisvert, lovingly known as “Otang,” “Mannymoo,” “Mannyson,” and most of all, “Manny,” passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 31.

Manny was born in Lebanon, New Hampshire, on November 15, 1994. He was a longtime resident of Springfield, Vermont, and was originally from Bridgewater, Vermont.

Manny was a hardworking man who took pride in his work as a painter with J&S Painting of Woodstock, Vermont. Outside of work, he enjoyed the things that brought him happiness and allowed him to be himself. His favorite hobbies included football, tattooing, and playing Xbox. Those who knew Manny will remember his personality, his unique sense of humor, and the memories he created with the people he loved.

Above all, Manny cherished his family. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Boisvert, and his children, Serenity, Gerard, and Bianca Boisvert, as well as his stepson, Bobby Mckenney.

He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Felisha Boisvert, Ambrosia Chamberlin, Lyle Boisvert, and Gieovanna Bowen; his parents, Charmaine and Gerard Boisvert; and his grandparents, Colleen Bivins, Edward Parker, and Manuel Boisvert. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

Manny was predeceased by his maternal great-grandparents, Lyle and Ilene Bellimer and Marguerite and Edward Parker Sr.; his maternal grandfather, Michael Bivins; his paternal great-grandparents, Gerard and Rachel Boisvert; and his paternal grandmother, Karen Boisvert.

Though his life was far too short, Manny touched many lives and leaves behind a legacy of love, family, friendship, and memories that will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bridgewater Grange on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
