Lorraine Crawford, 91,died October 17, 2018 at home. With the help from the VNH, Bayada, and DHMC-Dr. B Lazar her Daughter was able to keep and care for her at home, during the duration of her illness.

Born in Rahway, NJ and raised in Hempstead, NY Lorraine and her Husband, Bob moved to Springfield, VT in 1960, built a beautiful home, a business, Crawford Plumbing and Heating, and raised their daughter. She was a talented seamstress who made most of her daughter's clothes for school and theater performances, was a lovely dancer who loved the Big Band era and enjoyed spending time with family and friends; No one was ever just a friend, but part of our extended family. Lorraine has lived in Woodstock for over 3 years and prior to that in NJ for 17 years.

Lorraine is predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Bob Crawford and is survived by her daughter, Donna, her granddaughter, Tiara, Grandson-in Law, John, younger brother, sister-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at the First Congregational Church in Woodstock, VT on Saturday November 3 at 2pm.
