Lillian Elizabeth Ware passed gently into the Spirit world on June 25th, 2022.

She was Born August 1st 1922; daughter of Elizabeth Jane and Hugo Moritz Kaiser. She grew up in Trenton NJ and spent family summers in Belmar on the Jersey shore. Lillian attended Trenton high and graduated with highest honors. She then went on to attend Trenton State teachers college where she also graduated at the top of her class with a Bachelors degree in education. She taught school within the public school system in Trenton, working in one of the first integrated elementary schools. Her passion was geography and her students enjoyed"Miss Kaiser"

As WWII went on, Lillian became a volunteer Red Cross nurses aid. She loved the USO dances and that is how she met Gordon Hess Ware. They married in1948 and honeymooned in VT where they soon after bought the Goode property on Dunham Hill. She and Gordon traveled with 5 children from NJ to VT each weekend enjoying a fun- filled family lifestyle.They all skied and spent time by the sea in NJ. with all of their families together as often as possible.

The Wares converted to and Lillian was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, attending the South Royalton Ward. She and Gordon traveled the North East corridor frequently to serve in their many callings.

She loved to dance and with her partner beside her they were active members in the "Sugar House Swingers" square dancing club.

Her adventurous spirit eventually inspired the couple to acquire an RV and they traveled the States for many years together always enjoying the company of grand children, sons, daughters and frequently multiple dogs. They even drove with friends and family to Alaska!

Lillian was predeceased by her husband Gordon H Ware, her sister Alice and husband Bob Schrum of Belmar, NJ, her brother John Kaiser and wife Millicent of Oro Valley, AZ, her brother William, her step sister Hazel and step sister Millie all of Trenton NJ, her grandson David Olds of Kilauea, Hi, and her great- granddaughter Nikole Morfessis of Frederick, Maryland.

Lillian leaves behind her five children: Gordon Ware and his wife Doria,
Don Ware and his wife Helen, Jane Ware, Nancy Cunningham and her husband Greg, Tricia Sarnoff and her husband Bobby.

She also leaves 19 grandchildren, Amy and husband Ben, Jason, Emily , Joel, Leon, Theresa, Sam, Clara and husband Eric , Jon, Kaety and husband Michael, Tim, Michael, Jennifer and husband Felipe, Mary and husband Rafael, Laura, Genesis, Ivan and wife Cara, Sequoia and Patrick.

Additionally she also leaves 18 great-grand children; Levi, Reno, Eden, Akasha, Alice, Luca, Henry, Logan, Larry, Davyn, Anthony, Cynthia, Lenny, Arun, Oaklyn, Aspen, Lachlan and Ramona ❤️

Lillian's memorial service will be held August 1st, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 2pm in South Royalton VT.
