Larry Roland Moses, of Chester, VT passed away at Springfield Hospital on April 13, 2016 (with his family by his side). Larry was born on July 10, 1951 the son of Janis Putnam Moses and Roland Moses. Larry was a long time resident of Chester. Larry spent his life as a farrier, he was still actively shoeing horses. Larry loved hunting, fishing, and gardening - he was especially proud of his potatoes! He shared his love of the outdoors with everyone.
Larry is survived by his wife Judith of 33 years and his four sons, Carlton, Shawn, Matthew, and Heath. A sister, Patricia Phelps and her two children. A cousin, who was like a brother to him, Steve Hunsdon. Larry is also survived by four grandchildren, many other cousins, family members, and friends.
Larry was predeceased by his mother, father and his grandson Tayler Moses.
There will be a graveside service at the Branchview Cementery in South Royalton, Vermont on Monday April 18th at 2:00pm
