Joyce Miner Webb's Obituary
BRIDGEWATER CORENRS - Joyce A. Miner Webb, 81, died Jan. 8, 2011, at Brookside Nursing Home in White River Junction.
She was born in Bridgewater Corners May 27, 1929, the daughter of Harold and Annie (Baker) Miner, and attended Bridgewater schools.
She married Harrod Webb Jan. 25, 1948.
Together, the Webbs owned and operated Bridgewater Center Road Farm and for a number of years they delivered the Rutland Herald and the Vermont Standard.
Survivors include three children, Lorraine Worth of Bridgewater Center, Larry Webb of Barnard and Leon Webb of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; a sister, June Johnson of Bridgewater Corners; a niece and a nephew.
She was predeceased by her husband.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, at the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock, where friends may call from noon prior to the service officiated by Gwen Groff, pastor of Bethany Mennonite Church. Burial will be in Baker Hill Cemetery in Bridgewater Center.
