Heath left us far too soon on May 18 ^th , 2019 while on his honeymoon in Tybee Island, GA with his husband Peter.

Heath leaves behind his parents whom he was devoted to, Kathy Churchill and Bob Evans, his husband and best friend, Peter Quaresima Churchill and brother Shawn Moses, his "sister" Chancy Boyland and "brother" Jamie Putnam. He was a proud uncle to Izabella, Izaiah, Junius, Casey and Madilyn. He is also survived by his mother and father in law Thomas and Barbara Quaresima. He is also survived by his best friend Kerri Elkouh and his close friend/mentor Mary Riley. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Byron and Marjorie Churchill, his father Larry R. Moses and his uncle Wink. Heath leaves behind his "kids", his 7 cats and was "dad" to Lily, the Rec Center cat, who misses him greatly. Heath is reunited with his dog Lexi and many feline fur babies.

Heath was a valued employee at the Woodstock Recreational Center. He volunteered at the Woodstock Food Shelf, also serving as a board member. Heath graduated in June of 2018 receiving his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from CCV.

Heath loved hiking, gardening, going to the gym, WWE, Debbie Harry and all female music divas, past and present, eating junk food, doing jigsaw puzzles, and cooking.

A visitation will be held on Friday evening May 31 ^st from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Cabot Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday June 1 ^st at 2:30pm at the Cabot Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Taftsville Cemetery. A gathering to continue celebrating Heath's life will be held at the Little Theatre following services on Saturday afternoon.
