Gladys M. Morrill, 82, died February 27, 2013 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York.

Gladys was born on July 31, 1930 in Bridgewater, Vermont the daughter of Erwin E. and Gladys Arlene (Briggs) Campbell.

Gladys graduated from Windsor High School in 1948. She worked for the Lewis Book Bindery in West Woodstock for 14 years and then for Thermal Dynamics in Lebanon, New Hampshire for 15 years.

She married Robert "Pete" Morrill on February 24, 1951 and lived in Taftsville, VT. Mr. Morrill died on March 20, 1987. After that time she lived in Tucson, AZ. In recent years Gladys had moved to Clifton Park, NY to be closer to her daughter Nancy and family.

Gladys is survived by her daughter Nancy and her husband Mark D. Johnston of Rexford, NY, 2 grandchildren, Sarah (Johnston) Warren and Mark B. Johnston, 2 great grandchildren, Logan and Lucas Warren, a sister Muriel Hood of Ascutney, VT, a brother William Campbell of Hartland, VT, and a number of nieces and nephews. Gladys was pre deceased by a daughter, Jean Connolly, in 1981

A Visitation will be held on Sunday March 10th from 2 to 4 PM at the Cabot Funeral Home, 32 Rose Hill in Woodstock, VT. A graveside service will be held in the Taftsville Cemetery at a later date.
