Fay N. c. Pierce, 87, died peacefully at his home in Windsor on Wednesday morning March 4, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Fay was born on October 11, 1932 in Roxbury, Vermont the son of Martin and Ruth Mae (Marshall) Pierce.

After serving in the US Navy during the Korean War Fay returned to Woodstock, Vermont where he and his wife Ruby (Fairbanks) raised their family. Fay worked as a logger until going to work at Shiretown (building supplies) in West Woodstock as a Yard Boss. Later Fay worked as a custodian for Woodstock National Bank in Woodstock until his retirement when he and Ruby moved to Windsor, Vermont.

Fay is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ruby, his children; Clay (Linda), Jesse (Lisa), Erin (Matt), 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and his sister-in-law Bertha Pierce. In addition to his parents he is pre deceased by a brother Scott Pierce.

At Fay's request there will be no services held.
