Bridgewater Corners,

Douglas E. Geno died Wednesday evening Nov. 7, 2018 at the Jack Bryne Palliative Care and Hospice Center in Lebanon, NH.

He was born on October 22, 1942 in Bridgewater Corners, Vermont the son of Victor J. and Mabel V. (Davis) Geno.

A 1961 graduate of Woodstock Union High School Douglas served in the US Army before working as a builder in the local area most of his life.

He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting and working around his property.  Most of all he loved his children and grandchildren and spent much of his time with his family.

He is survived by his son Michael, daughter Donna, granddaughters Kaelee, Mariah and Madison, a sister Melba Driscoll, a brother Clifford Geno, a sister in law Wahnetta Geno, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Victor, mother Mabel, wife Naomi, Brothers Oscar and William and his sister Rita.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 17 ^th at 2:00pm at the Oak Chapel in Bridgewater Center. Burial will be held privately at the Baker Hill Cemetery.
