Bridgewater Corners, Vermont

David N. Jenne, 65, died Tuesday July 24 ^th at his home in Bridgewater Corners.

He was born August 26, 1952 in Hanover, New Hampshire the son of Warren and Joan (Paige) Jenne.

A graduate of WUHS David worked for his dad at the ARCO and drove the only school bus with an 8-track player. David spent 28 years working for the Town of Bridgewater and enjoyed taking care of all the people on his route.

A well-known smiling face in the Bridgewater area for most of his life, David loved snowmobiling, camping, and kayaking the rivers. He especially liked going to his sister-in-laws on Seymour Lake where he could ride his Yamaha wave rider.

David is survived by his wife Lois of Bridgewater Corners, his step son Sam Carr and wife Jacquie of Bridgewater Center, brother Greg and wife Wendy of Bridgewater Center, sister Sandi Simmonds of Pomfret, 3 nieces, 2 sister-in-laws; Janice Nichols of Pomfret, Donna Pearsons of Woodstock, two step grandchildren; Emma and Calvin, and his father Warren "Bud" Jenne and his wife Mary. He is pre deceased by his grandparents Frank & Eva Jenne and his mother Joan Jenne.

Honoring David's wish there will be no services held. Friends are encouraged to express kindness to their neighbors in David memory.
